I work closely with RealtorsŪ and try to help them serve their clients.
I also understand and respect the Realtor'sŪ role in the home buying and selling process. I promote my services as the "deal maker" not the "deal breaker".
I also offer a special promotion to my clients that fosters loyalty to agent/brokers. I call it my Buyers Incentive Bonus (BIB)
My BIB program gives steep discounts to buyers who need more than one home inspected during their home buying process.
For example, if I inspect a home for a buyer and they decline to go through with the sale; I will do an inspection of their next home at a steep discount provided they are still working with the same agent.
My intent is to foster repeat business for myself and the agents I work with.
